The National Geological Trade Union

I am a co-founder and a long-time secretary of the National Trade Union of Geologists of PGI-NRI representing the employees of PGI-NRI.

In addition to the natural struggle for workers’ rights, KZZG PIG-PIB stands out from other trade union organizations by supporting modern management methods that aid the development of the best substantive employees from various fields of geology. We believe that the task of the trade union is not only to protect the weakest, but also to support the best and thus to create optimal working conditions for all employees.
